Our stop today was
Armacao dos Buzios (or Buzios), a resort town just north of Rio de Janerio. It became famous when Brigitte Bardot stayed there with her Brazilian boyfriend in the 1960's. As was the case in Ilhabela, we didn't get very far outside the center of town.

The most famous landmark in Buzios is a statue of Brigitte Bardot, and the main tourist activity is sitting next to the statue and having your picture taken (which we didn't).
